Global Benefits Manager

Bausch & Lomb has created a new position of Global Benefits Manager.  In this position you will assist the Global Benefits Director in the implementation of global benefits strategy. You will also coordinate annual inventory of global benefit plans and participate in designing and implementing benefit schemes, including international pooling arrangements.

 

QualificationsBachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and at least 5-7 years of benefit experience. Global benefits experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Must work well independently and in a team environment. Must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities. Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification or completion of courses toward attainment of CEBS preferred. In-depth content knowledge of employee benefit plans. Technical proficiency in Peoplesoft or similar HR Information System, Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint. International and domestic travel requirement 25-40%.
