Global Benefits & Compensation Manager

Join a fun and progressive HR team at a fast-growing pre-IPO software company in Cambridge, MA. Currently we have 280 employees in 4 countries and expect to hire at least another 75 people within the next 12 months! It"&tm;s a fast-paced energetic environment; working with employees who are passionate about what they do and that have high expectations of their HR support.

Manage global benefit programs, implementations, renewals, strategy & policies, including:
-Healthcare,
-LOA issues & programs: disability, maternity, etc
-Immigration, visa, ex-pat programs & cases
-Relocation programs & cases
-Compliance reporting & filings: HIPAA, EEO-1, 5500, SOX, etc.
-New hire benefits on-boarding/orientation
-Interface with employees on benefits, compensation & other HR policies

Manage global compensation plans & processes:
-Executive comp plans
-Merit increase process
-Promotions & transfers
-Internal/External comp analysis & survey participation
-Stock option grant programs & process, ESPP

Manage on-line ADP HRIS system with manager access & employee self-service.

HR project work as needed: M&A, IPO, employee relations, surveys, fairs, activities.

Manage all employee record keeping.

Will manage one HR Administrator with possibility to grow team.

Required Skills:
-At least 5 years experience in HR, with significant benefits management experience
-Management of HRIS system. ADP preferred. Excel skills
-PHR &/or BA in Human Resources or other field
-Excellent communication skills, interacting effectively with managers and employees at all levels
-Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, & able to multi-task while maintaining highest level of accuracy
-Excellent English language skills, also French & German preferred
-M&A, IPO & stock programs experience preferred
-Authorization to work in the US
