Responsibilities: Massage room maintenance including coordinating weekly ?wellness? checks on massage rooms, noting issues, restocking supplies as needed and logging help desk and facilities tickets as needed to maintain massage room functionality.
Post massage appointment openings using Oracle Calendar and provide ongoing monitoring including fielding sick calls / canceling shifts and informing clients, monitoring for possible double-booking of massage appointments and taking appropriate action.
Reconcile massage coupons, send internal collection emails to clients who owe a coupon and send out birthday massage coupons per employee request, restock reception areas with coupons to sell, and fulfill manager requests for reward coupons.
Update and design forms, documents and binders including Massage Therapist Handbook, Massage Program ?Nitty Gritty? Handbook, and Massage Room D?cor Binder.
Assist massage program manager with the outfitting of new massage rooms, logging tickets as needed for paint work and lighting needs.
Order massage room furnishings and supplies using Purchase Order process.
Shipping / Receiving of massage furnishings and supplies from the Mountain View office to all U.S. and International Field Offices that provide massage services.
Keep storage room tidy and inventoried, ordering supplies as needed.Requirements: College degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven mastery of Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities and execute on a deadline.
Able to deal with sensitive or confidential information.
Interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency.
Motivated self-starter who can work both independently, and as part of a team, equally well.
Background/interest in wellness and/or massage therapy a plus.
