Great Opportunity for HR Programs Analyst/HRIS
Are you a talented HRIS professional looking to get on board with a progressive, dynamic organization? If so, I am recruiting for a confidential manufacturing company that has a strong presence and reputation in the Tampa Bay area.
They are seeking and individual with skills in the following areas:Design, development and implementation of global HR systems and programs such as recruitment, government reporting, benefits, compensation, 401K, retirements plans, etc. This would include experience in troubleshooting and development of solutions for HR programs or applications.
Ability to maximize departmental use of HRIS, and educate end users on effective use of systems applications and newly developed programs.
Ability to interface effectively with employees for benefits questions.
Experience in international compensation and benefits would also be a plus
Demonstrated experience in analyzing work flow and database management (Access and / or Oracle background would be a plus).
.The qualifications for this position are as follows: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent and 3+ years HRIS experince as outlined above.
