HEALTHCARE RECRUITER

Blue Sky Therapy Management, an established rehabilitation services provider, has an immediate need for an experienced and aggressive Recruiter. 

 

Through extensive phone contact, your main focus will be cold calling candidates for Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy positions. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience as a Recruiter and possess stellar communication and organizational skills. Position requires a high-energy person with the ability to project enthusiasm and persuade others. Must be available to work afternoon/evening shifts. Through relationship building you will be responsible for successfully filling multiple open positions throughout the state of Ohio.
