HR ASSISTANT/RECRUITING ADMIN

We are currently looking for Human Resources Coordinator to support a recruiting team. You will be an integral part of the recruiting team with responsibilities for scheduling candidate interviews, preparing offer letters, processing new hires, generating weekly and monthly reports (open positions, new hires, etc.); coordinating internal and external job postings; phone screen applicants and initiate background checks as required; perform general administrative duties, such as faxing, filing, copying, reception relief coverage, invoice and expense reimbursement processing. Qualifications :
4-5 years prior administrative experience in HR/recruiting or similar fast-paced transactional environment, preferably within the financial services industry.
