Position DescriptionEvaluates, analyzes, and supports the maintenance of company Human Resources Information including databases, intranet and other sources of data.  Identifies new HR reporting needs and metrics and develops reports and presentations to disseminate information. Works with HR Team to develop, administer, design new or modify reports programs or systems. Makes recommendations to alter existing programs to gather and report data as necessary. Performs a variety of tasks and projects.  Work is independent and collaborative in nature. Provides regular updates to supervisor on project/account status.

 

 

Required Skills/BackgroundStrong analytical and cross-cultural communication skills. Must have demonstrated skills with Excel and Word.  Microsoft PowerPoint, Access and Visio skills are desirable.

Education/Certification RequiredBachelors Degree in a related field (HR, Business, etc)
