Job Description:
Position Description:
The Human Resources recruiting Analyst is responsible for supporting the Recruiting & Mobility department in all facets of the recruiting & onboarding process. A principal component of the role will include the administration of candidate activity which includes, but is not limited to, posting and maintaining job description data both internally and externally, offer letter creation, background check and drug screen administration, first day on-boarding preparation and processing, and other staffing related projects and tasks as assigned.

Additional responsibilities include:
Position Management/PMJA Transfers (JAM)
Peoplesoft new hire entry
Create and maintain new hire packages ensuring that all policies and materials given to new employees are current and up to date.
File and manage I-9's
New Employee Orientation set-up and scheduling
Tracking sign-on bonuses and ensure that they are paid out
Manage Diversity Referral Program- Distribute referrals to recruiters as appropriate and prepare referral bonus paperwork. Additional tracking required that must be reported to the Diversity office
Retiree Service Program maintenance
AXA Recruiting System administration and process; trouble shoot any system problems while working closely with Ceridan IT. Create and manage user id's for vendors/recruiters/RMs
Serve as main point of contact to new employees as they assimilate and direct their questions appropriately



Job Requirements:
Proven experience in managing complex, confidential and detailed personal information.
Strong relationship developer who is patient and professional in dealing with conflicts.
Great organizational and process re-engineering skills.
Detail oriented. Must have strong Word, Excel, Web and general computer skills. Peoplesoft a plus.
Experience managing and implementing projects.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills desired as well as written and verbal communication skills.
A degree, in business or in a human resources-related area desired, with an understanding of the business environment.
3-5 years of Human Resources/Recruiting experience.
A team player, while being client focused.
