Great HR Manager Assistant position in large company with a branch location in the Omaha, NE area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide a variety of HR functions for 600+ employees.Human Resources functions, to include: ensure compliance with company policy and state and federal law, conduct hiring processes from recruitment to orientation, administer benefits, manage employee issues, maintain EEO/AA records, manage worker's compensation and safety program, respond to unemployment claims and participate in hearings, oversee HR assistant.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree preferred and 1-2 years HR experience.PHR/SPHR certification a plus.
