HR Benefits Coordinator

A growing manufacturing company located in Bergen County currently has an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist. In this key role, you will perform benefit administration to include claims resolution, change reporting & reconcile monthly billings from insurance providers. Ensure effective utilization of plans & positive employee relations. Serve as Company liaison with medical, dental and life insurance, Flexible Spending and COBRA outsource companies. Participate in annual benefits renewal negotiations. Conduct recruitment efforts for temp & perm positions. Act as liaison w/ recruiters. Create and place postings in-house/Internet & classified placement of all open positions. Conduct interviewing & reference checking. Perform new employee orientations. Process all paperwork for new and terminated employees. Conduct new hire training, coordinate company functions, notify and track leaves of absence, and maintain Federal and State mandated records. Assist the Chairman with various daily administrative duties, e.g., mail, appointments, correspondence, calendar, medical claims, all travel-related matters.
