Closes 7/28/06. Work with the client management team and HR management to create and implement people strategies and workforce plans that support that business and that align with broader corporate people management and culture goals. Build understanding of the assigned client's business goals, work processes, and talent needs. Assure compliance with all related laws, company policies and ethics.

 

Required: In depth knowledge in employee and/or labor relations required as well as experience in at least one of the following human resource areas: workforce planning and staffing, organizational development, employment or labor law, compensation or benefits. BA or BS degree and 5-7 years progressive HR management experience or a combination of staff/line manager experience in any functional area.

 

Desired: Masters or Advanced Degree and PHR certification. Prior experience in a client-assigned, business partner type organization preferred.
