HR Business Partner

This role will provide HR business partnership for Senior leaders of the IT organization. Will bring HR thought leadership and systemic thinking to the business to collaborate on solutions that improve business results. Key responsibilities include:


Talent Management and development

Succession Planning

Change Management

Staffing Solutions

Compensation Strategies

Organization Health and development

Performance management

Leadership coaching and establishing a trusted partnership

This position will be accountable for HR results which include managing the HR team that supports the business; leading/managing projects; contributing to and improving HR processes and programs; ensuring that we integrate across geographies, other IT units and other functions

This position will participate in developing the HR plan for the business and in building long term capability efforts for the business.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressively responsible HR experience in a management role.

Must demonstrate competency in business and people acumen, worked as a trusted business advisor and show systems thinking.

Successful candidate will have strong interpersonal awareness, ability to work in a collaborative environment, have confidence and be able to influence.
