The HR Business Partner will work to support the success of the business enterprise by effectively partnering with management to align and leverage human capital with business goals and strategies.HR Business Partner understands the organization's value proposition to customer/external community, can articulate fundamental of business and how they tie together.Applies strategic thinking and seasoned experience when addressing complex issues. Embodies and creates a compelling and clear vision for the client.They have the ability to influence senior management decision-making and strong client orientation and relationsip building competencies.The HR Business Partner will have working knowledge and experience in a significant number of functional areas of HR such as Compensation, staffing, AA/EEO and Learning and Organizational Development.The HR Business Partner will lead transformation and change by being the agent instilling the capacity for change, identifying and framing problems, building trusting relationships, creating and fulfilling action plans.The HR Business Partner will play an integral role in the development and implementation of communications stragegies and plans. They will assist in developing communications skills in managers to make them more effective in their roles. They will engage the client frequently in person and inspire others to participate in the process of exchanging ideas.The HR Business Partner will support defined lines of business and/or support areas and will report to the VP of Human Resources / Relationship Manager within the area.
5 to 8years as a Human Resources Business Partner required. Experience in a Financial Services industry would be a plus. Related Bachelors' Degree required, Masters degree preferred.
