Partner with clients on business and business change-related issues beyond HR
Lead the analysis of associate development issues and develop and implement programs to enhance our ability to develop staff
Diagnose and establish work streams in areas of organizational and individual development and change management
Deliver strategic HR consulting to multiple clients covering several lines of business
Mange the delivery and acceptance of core HR processes across client areas
Work with senior management of client group to resolve HR related issues and design the strategy to manage issues related to associate satisfaction and retention, performance management and complex change.
Required Skills:
Excellent senior-level influencing skills required
Must possess creative, integrative problem-solving skills, be a structured thinker, and have superior analytical skills with the ability to recognize leverage points
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
High energy, high impact individual confident in ability to make change happen
Leadership, vision setting, and project management skills essential
Must have experience in human resources with a significant portion of that as a generalist
Bachelors degree in any discipline coupled with an understanding of business and strategy development
Preferred:
Masters degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organization Development/Behavior or Human Resource Development
