The Compensation and Benefits department is responsible for the recommendation and communication of all benefit programs, writing of job descriptions, and the development of all hourly and professional salary programs throughout the Company, including stores, districts, technical, corporate, distribution, and WHS.



Essential Skills:

Review, analyze, develop, and recommend hourly salary programs for various positions throughout the Company, including store and/or distribution center positions. Collaborate with department management in the writing of job descriptions and evaluation of positions. Write and distribute communications for a variety of employee benefit programs.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. Preferred majors include Business Administration, Human Resources, Journalism, and English. Strong analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills necessary. 2 years of related experience in compensation and/or benefits preferred.
