HR Consultant Team Lead
As an HR Consultant Team Lead, you will be responsible for partnering with HR leadership across Wyeth to determine strategies for consistent processes, metrics, reporting, and analysis to support the business. You will provide trend analysis to assist managers in identifying issues such as underutilization, increasing turnover, pay equity, etc. You will design, build, and maintain service levels and procedures to provide process support to all of Wyeth, and will build relationships with senior HR leadership for the business to insure that business needs for reporting and analysis are being met. You will manage the preparation, analysis, accuracy, and consistency with official reports, and the dissemination of U.S. and Puerto Rico personnel reports and analyses for HR and senior management, such as headcount, turnover, diversity analysis, underutilization, talent management, headcount budget collection, exit interview analysis, vacancy reports, mid-year and year-end salary increase summaries, and performance review summaries, etc. You will develop and implement new measures as needed, concentrating on U.S. and Puerto Rico. You will manage staff that works with global HR to rectify incomplete or inaccurate data. You will also oversee, review, and approve the data, analyses, and/or ad hoc reports, prepared by staff that is provided to the HR organization, including HR Business Partners, Staffing, Compensation, etc. You will insure alignment and partnership with business areas, and will be accountable for data integrity within the global employee reporting systems, including the domestic HRCIS, BW, and headcount budget databases. You will direct data integrity and administration for the domestic compensation programs such as mid-year promotions, year-end salary increases, bonus, and stock options. You will be actively involved in various global ad hoc projects, Company wide programs, and task forces.
This position requires a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Finance would be desirable. Must have a minimum of 8 years of HR or IS related professional experience. Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite software applications; and understanding of web design techniques and software; strong project management skills; and excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Must possess the ability to influence and negotiate successfully with all levels of management. Strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks and constantly changing priorities are required. Must be able to interact with all levels of Senior Management. The following experience is required: HR/HRIS Management experience (3 - 5 years); metrics/reporting experience using tools such as Access, Cognos, BW, Excel (5 - 8 years); and extensive PC training and experience (7 - 10 years). Must have experience working with the Company wide organizational structure, and prior supervisory or management experience in the field of Human Resources.
