HR Coordinator- International

We currently have a challenging and exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to perform generalist duties for our international subsidiaries in London and Hong Kong. This position is based in our corporate office in Oldwick, NJ.
The Human Resources Coordinator will report to the Assistant Manager of Human Resources and will assist with all functional HR aspects of our international offices.
Responsibilities include: Assisting in the administration of statutory leaves and pay, including maintenance of accurate employee records.Verifying payroll information for joiners and leavers and serving as a back-up for monthly payroll duties in London and Hong Kong.Coordinating job offers and updating organizational charts. Assisting with benefits program administration including pension, life, healthcare, etc.Assisting with research of international employment law.Assisting with the development, maintenance, and updating of procedures, processes, publications and forms as needed.Working on a variety of Human Resources projects as assigned.
Skills and Experience required:
Bachelor?s degree in related field.Minimum of 3 years Human Resources Generalist experience.Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to multi-task and interact with a broad range of managerial levels and outside vendors.Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel and internet research.Desire to become part of a team dedicated to our international offices.
