Human Resources Coordinator / Payroll Specialist
Great opportunity with an international distribution company based in Pembroke Park, FL for a Human Resources Coordinator / Payroll Specialist.
We are looking for an energetic and extremely organized and detailed individual who enjoys multi-tasking and works well in a fast paced environment. As a member of our team, you will handle the human resources and payroll functions.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have a professional demeanor and be extremely detailed oriented and organized.
Must have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a corporate/business environment.
Experience with JE Edwards, Gevity and automated payroll systems desired.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:Timecard and Payroll processingHuman resources ? including benefits coordinationSales Representative contract processing including entry in JD Edwards.CorrespondencePrepares for, arrange and coordinate meetings, presentations, etc. including travel and reservationsOther duties as needed.
