HR Coordinator - Training

In this role, the successful candidate will work in collaboration with external training vendors and internal resources to ensure class schedules are published, in addition to sending out notifications/reminders and scheduling participants for classes. Key functions will include producing and coordinating the production of instructional materials; managing logistical arrangements for workshops, classes, etc.; and assisting with budget tracking and invoice processing. This position will also be relied on to prepare statistical metrics for management review, serve as a point-of-contact for external vendors and manage the training database, in addition to creating reports and analyzing data.

This position requires a Bachelor?s degree or equivalent, along with 3-5 years of meeting planning experience. An HR background is desirable. Demonstrated database management skills are essential. The superior communicator we seek will possess a high level of initiative and pride in providing outstanding customer service. Strong planning and organizing skills are also a must, as is an acute attention to detail.
