HR DIRECTOR

 

Works as a business partner with senior management to build high performing work teams to achieve business goals.  Partners with senior business leaders to anticipate and lead through organizational change, consults with management on planning and directing to identify gaps and align HR with business strategies, and leads a team of generalists providing direction on all phases of human resources (employee relations, employee benefits, staffing/employment, wage and salary administration, safety and EEO compliance). 



Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience with 6 or more years of directly related human resources generalist experience.  Ability to plan and execute strategy; good presentation and influencing skills; advanced level of knowledge of US labor law, HR policies and procedures; good project management skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.  Team player with proven ability to plan, multi-task, organize, influence and deliver results.
