HR Database Analyst - Omaha, NE

Do you have experience implementing PeopleSoft, Lawson, SAP, or other HRIS-related databases? Do you have a natural talent for getting to the root of client needs, and developing solutions? Does your sophisticated, personal touch have a positive effect on client service?

Gallup HR Database Analysts work with clients to ensure perfect compliance with the requirements of Gallup?s practice areas. As an HR Database Analyst, you will be responsible for day-to-day client interactions, as well as the internal teams? developing requirements and establishing delivery expectations for Gallup clients. Your subject matter expertise in Gallup?s practices, coupled with your own deep understanding of HR systems and business processes, will help bridge the gap between consultative business thinking and technical aspects of Client HR and Gallup IT systems. With your strong attention to detail and professional, consultative follow-through, you will create deep and meaningful relationships with clients.

Candidates must have 5+ years of consulting experience developing business requirements and implementing HRIS databases, such as PeopleSoft, Lawson, SAP or other HRIS-related systems. A master?s degree is preferred but not required.
