Position Summary:
As JupiterKagan, Inc.?s Human Resources Manager, reporting to the COO/CFO, you will be responsible for all aspects of HR management and administration for employees in the U.S. and Europe. You will use your knowledge, skills and experience to perform day-to-day responsibilities, administer and manage benefits and HR programs and, see that all regulatory compliance and reporting-related deadlines are met. You will support the business and contribute to the development of all aspects of HR with an emphasis on data management, benefits, compliance, reporting, recruitment, employee relations, and communication. You will contribute to special projects as needed.
Summary of Responsibilities:
? Perform, organize and effectively manage day-to-day HR & employment regulatory compliance requirements.
? Perform, monitor and manage all benefit plan administration-related matters including cost tracking, analysis and meeting regulatory compliance and reporting requirements such as 125 Plan Non-Discrimination Testing, 5500 reporting, FMLA and, open enrollment planning and delivery.
? Perform, monitor and manage 401k Plan administration (participation, match adjustments, trial reports, statistical reports, etc.) and regulatory requirements such as 401k Plan Non-Discrimination Testing and 5500 reporting.
? Organize, maintain and manage JupiterKagan, Inc.?s benefit plan details, documentation, contact information, Plan Documents, SPD?s etc. (U.S. & Europe)
? Compile and submit census data for bi-annual Group Non-Discrimination Testing process assuring that all deadlines are met.
? Use knowledge to contribute to the advancement of HR initiatives, through, research, collaboration, planning and action.
? Consult with and advise managers on performance management matters and manage the annual review life cycle to assure that objectives are met.
? Use electronic data management systems to improve efficiency, manage data, create HR reports and assist with analysis.
? Engage with & assist managers in overall recruitment efforts and help develop recruitment and retention programs including resume management, candidate tracking and the development of a career site on JupiterKagan?s web site.
? Assist with market benchmarking.
? Contribute to HR and headcount budget development and tracking.
Position Requirements:
? Benefit plan administration and management experience including meeting state and federal regulatory and reporting requirements. International Benefits experience a plus.
? HR generalist knowledge and experience. International HR experience a plus.
? Interest in benefits, reporting and compliance.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional level presentations.
? Ability to multi-task and shift gears quickly to accomplish goals.
? Strong organizational skills and ability to understand and interpret new and sometimes complex information quickly.
? Detail oriented and analytical, but must be capable of understanding the big picture.
? Proactive nature with ability to work independently and have a high energy level.
? Ability to listen, collaborate, prioritize work requirements and overcome obstacles to achieve results.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional-level presentations.
? Ability to develop good working relationships and work well in cross-functional teams.
? Demonstrated ability to consult and collaborate effectively on mission critical projects.
? Must be hands-on and understand the need to scale to the business as it grows.
? Flexibility and willingness to work outside of normal work hours when necessary.
? HRIS system, MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint experience required. ADP product experience helpful.
? Financial Services industry experience a plus.
? 6+ years of relevant HR experience.
? Previous HR management experience preferred.
? Bachelor?s degree.
? PHR, CEBS, CBP certification a plus.
