HR Division Manager
Acts as business partner with business unit management. Ensures that Human Resources objectives lead to the achievement of business objectives for the business unit. Develops and facilitates manpower planning for the division. Counsels line management regarding forecasting of HR related costs, makes budgeting recommendations. Manages all aspects of staffing function for the division. Ensures adherence to local laws and regulations in all personnel actions for the division. Facilitates communication of new/revised Human Resources programs and policy to division personnel.
Counsels and coaches senior level management concerning business operational, organization structure and development issues, including policy interpretation and recommendation for action. Provides career, management, and executive development counseling for employees, including referral to other internal or external sources. Drive, coordinate, and manage to resolution compensation, benefits, relocation, employment, tax, wellness, and training/development issues. Participates in the design and complete implementation of milestone, sales, key contributor, and executive incentive plans for the organization, including tracking and communication plans. When appropriate, manages stock pool for business unit.
Ensures divisional adherence to Corporate Performance Review cycles. Facilitates performance review training as appropriate.
Provides counsel and guidance to upper management regarding strategic planning for a specific business division or product line. Communicates and follows procedures and practices to ensure integrity of HR data for assigned group. Manages at least one Exempt HR professional. Performs other duties as assigned.
Project managment and organizational skills. Strong communication skills. Ability to travel as required.
B.S. level degree, or equivalent, in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field; High tech industry experience10+ years management experienceExperience with global/multi-national companiesComp and Benefits experience
