HR/Employee Development Professional

New World Systems has an excellent opportunity to join a growing software company. Based on this growth, we?re looking to expand our internal employee development/training programs. The candidate to help us do this will have the following targeted experience: employee development/corporate training and other related responsibilities for a highly professional/growing organization. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Education, Business and/or HR with 5+ years of relevant experience in a related IT environment. Previous recruiting and/or general HR management a big plus. Candidate must be flexible, high energy, polished/professional and enjoy working with people. Position is full-time and includes a competitive compensation and benefits package.
