Working with the Reports manager, the Equity Plan Reports Analyst will analyze and report equity program data to multiple internal and external parties.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist with the tracking and reporting of share usage and Monthly Plan Summary.Assist with the preparation and distribution of the Monthly Activity for Restricted/Deferred Stock and Stock Option Programs.Analyze and resolve data discrepancies pertaining to Stock Awards and Stock Options Reporting.Create ad-hoc reports using Access database.Work with Global Equity Tax to ensure timely and accurate reporting of income and taxes for US, International and Expatriate participants generated through equity events.Creation of communications with regard to Equity Plan Reporting.Process and distribute dividend equivalents and other equity reports.Interaction with global equity coordinators, Global Equity Tax, internal Accounting, Transfer Agent, Payrolls, and Human Resources departments.
?BA/BS with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, or equivalent in a fast paced, dynamic culture.Accounting, International, Human Resources and Equity Compensation experience is a plus.Flexibility and experience to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines.Extremely detail oriented with strong follow-up.Solid analytical and quantitative skills Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information and matters with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn other computer applications.
