Then join us for a Deluxe career experience!Provide strategic HR leadership, through partnership and consultation, in the attainment of site's business objectives. Ensure high level of functional performance in the areas of recruitment and selection, employee relations, HR policy administration, special projects, and all other aspects of Human Resources.
Partners with Operations Manager and plant management team to optimize the facility's human resources while sustaining a work culture that emphasizes shared values, a business focus and personal accountability.
Plans and implements human resource policies, programs and activities. (At direction of HR Director).
Consults/coaches with managers (internally) and HR peers (externally) on strategies and tactics designed to improve organizational performance.
Optimize employee potential through selection, promotion, training and performance management.
Maintains a perspective of continual improvement in areas with an HR impact. Uses a data-based approach to identify improvement opportunity and propose solutions in these areas.
Conducts investigations on issues impacting productive employee relations.
Maintains all employee records on SAP HRIS accurately. Support a balance of employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness within the HR self service model.
Serves as a productive contributor across the HR Shared Services organization.
Qualifications
Required: BA/BS Degree and/or equivalent experience.
Knowledgeable of applicable employment laws and human resource practices including compensation, performance management, recruiting and selection, employee relations and HRIS.
Consulting skills; strong interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred: 2-5 years HR experience.
Lean implementation/lean experience.
Drug screen and background check required. EOE/M/F/D/V.
