Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule

Hours per week:  40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Ten years of HR experience.
Management experience preferred.
Knowledge of current HR methods, integration of technology and experience developing HR strategies are essential.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coordinate, and implement various HR organizational programs to strategically partner with business clients. 
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as a business partner and resource to various Corporate business line clients on HR strategies that assist the organization in driving business results and sustaining growth. Advise management in all HR functions including compensation strategies, policies and procedures, organizational development.  Manage the communication and implementation of programs.  Manage and provide direction to HR Generalists and HR Representative dedicated to providing support to business line clients.
