Hyattsville construction company is seeking a talented human resources generalist. This individual serves as the primary point of contact on all company benefits issues and performs the hands-on day-to-day administration of company-wide health and retirement plans, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, and 401(k).

 

This individual assists with the implementation, coordination and communication of new benefits plans. This individual will also assist in the day-to-day human resources functions.

 

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and have at least 5 years of previous generalist experience. Must have experience in a self-insured environment. Ability to work independently and have superb follow through skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Have excellent written and verbal communications skills and be results-oriented. Bilingual/Spanish highly preferred.
