HR Generalist Degree required, 3-5 years of Food Plant HR experience, Bakery preferred.
LOOKING FOR MORE OF A CHALLENGE? THIS IS FOR YOU! The ideal candidate MUST HAVE A BS DEGREE IN Human Resources or business. This position supports this new Plant. Will have at least 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience with a Bakery/Food/Beverage plant. Strong knowledge of all legal and government programs such as FMLA, ADA, Worker Comp, employee record keeping, etc. You will be responsible for this new plant startup staffing of about 100 non-union teammates. Prior experience in a start up plant would be a plus. Non-union plant experience is required. You will set up all HR systems in conjunction with the Regional and Corporate offices. Candidates need to be very people oriented and function well in a team environment. You have a strong presence about you and can get things done. You are a strong leader and an excellent communicator. You are energetic and ambitious. The right candidate can be promoted quickly if they perform.
