HR Generalist II- Pharmaceutical Company

Established Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist II. 

 

Responsibilities:

Administers various employee issues

Act as liaison between Division Managers and employees

Provides advice to managers regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws

Administers unemployment insurance processes and recommends policy changes

Maintains open communication channels

Administers various HR plans

Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Handles employee counseling and exit interviewing

Active participant in department goals, objectives and systems

Assists with the benefits questions

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree

3-5 years of HR experience

Prefer experience in pharmaceutical setting

Excellent communication skills

Organized with attention to detail

MS Office proficiency

 

Compensation:

Salary up to 65K
