HR Generalist - Labor Relations

Greene, Tweed & Co., a world-class provider of customized engineered components and innovative product solutions currently has an opening for a Human Resources Generalist ? Labor Relations for our Corporate Manufacturing facility in suburban Philadelphia, PA. ??This position is responsible for providing day to day guidance to supervisors/managers on labor relations issues, support in the development and execution of collective bargaining strategies and labor relations functions including dispute resolution and application of contract language, and managing the recruitment function for production related positions.

Requires BS degree and a minimum of 5 years human resources experience in a leading employee relations or generalist capacity, preferably in a manufacturing environment; Proven ability to be a strategic and operational business partner and to work independently in a fast paced, matrixed global organization; Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) and ability to build and maintain effective relationships; Demonstrated use of diplomacy and confidentiality required.
