HR Generalist, Sales

Position Title: Human Resources Generalist, Sales

Reports To: Associate Director, Human Resources, Sales

Objective: The Human Resources Generalist, Sales is accountable for HR generalist support to designated groups in the field sales organization (primary care sales force), including employee relations, recruitment, exit interviews, compensation and salary planning, performance management and other key Human Resources initiatives. This role will work in close conjunction with the Associate Director, HR, Sales, the HR team, and other key home office colleagues in driving new initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Partner with colleagues and management to communicate, interpret and implement various HR policies, procedures and initiatives to the field sales organization.

Serve as the internal consultant for colleague questions and respond to employee relation issues such as colleague complaints, questions, concerns, suggestions, etc.

Participate on sales force retention taskforce and help drive sales rep retention and engagement.

Conduct annual compensation surveys specific for field sales organization and recommend appropriate changes to compensation structure. Ensure all salary offers support MedPointe?s compensation philosophy.

Assist in the rollout of Performance Management, Salary Planning, Talent Planning and management development initiatives to client groups.
