Job Description:

Designs, develops, and implements training solutions, especially in support of system rollouts; creates end-user documentation; provides usability consultation; and supports process improvement projects.



Essential Skills:

Develop training, documentation (on-line and paper-based), on-line help, and other support to help Walgreen employees master new systems. Projects may involve multimedia and/or web-based training solutions. Also provide usability consultation to system developers and support corporate-wide process improvement initiatives.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree; superior communication skills (oral and written); excellent analytic skills; experienced and comfortable with technology; masters complex systems quickly and can translate technical information in a way that trainees can understand. Prior experience with developing multimedia, web pages, electronic performance support, technical writing and/or training would be a plus.
