The HR Manager is the key interface with business leaders and employees in the identification, development, and implementation of HR policies, programs, and practices Manages client relationships and serves as a resource/consultant in strategic and tactical approaches to HR management in areas including employee development, employee relations, recruitment and selection, policy and procedure development, training, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, organization development, and succession planning

 

Position requirements:

 

?  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience;

 

?  8 + years of HR experience in a High Technology environment.

 

 

?  HR generalist experience is required, as is experience in two or more specific areas of HR, (compensation, staffing, employee relations, training, benefits, etc.)

 

?  Excellent knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and the Internet

?  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 

?  Ability to manage at all levels of an organization

 

?  Project management experience, process development and improvement experience, and attention to detail
