HR Manager/Director

Description

Title and Escrow Company has an immediate opening for an HR Manager/Director to lead the HR department of a 1500+ employee organization. Primary area of responsibilities include: employee relations, monitoring and ensuring compliance with various agencies, providing advice and counsel to managers and employees, and benefit & HRIS administration.

If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to lead the HR function and work with some great people, this may be the position for you. This position supervises a team of three.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of California and Federal labor laws

Proven ability to partner with management team

Knowledge of HRIS systems, Lawson a plus

Ability to effectively coach supervisors and managers

7-10 years progressive HR experience

Strong business acumen and business partnering skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

PHR or SPHR preferred
