HR Manager- Employee Relations

We are looking for a Senior Employee Relations expert for our Global client. This person should have 5-10 years in a progressive HR role, with experience in all aspects of a Generalist role, specifically working with hiring managers to advise and investigate complex employee relations issues. Candidate should be knowledgeable in all areas of EEO and employment laws, and have a detailed background in Human Resource administration and management.

 

Ideal candidate will have worked in a large, corporate environment. We are looking for someone who has had experience supporting a technical client group, specifically IT or related area.

 

Bachelor's Degree required. Excellent computer skills needed. Strong verbal and written skills, along with demonstrated ability to develop relationships with excellent interpersonal skills. Please be prepared to speak to your strong customer service focus!!
