HR Manager - IS&S

Our Cincinnati based client, a leader in their industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and well rounded HR professional to support their Information Systems and Services Departments nationwide.  Working with a staff of over 1000 people, this role will encompass providing and/or coordinating talent management support in the areas of recruiting, selection, coaching and development.  If an environment of continuous improvement and customer focus is your goal, this position is for you!

 

Duties: 

 

Talent acquisition ? coordinate effective programs for IS&S in the areas of external recruiting, internship/co-op programs, referral programs and training management in conducting interviews. 

Talent development ? coordinate effective programs for IS&S in the areas of skill assessment, on-boarding, performance excellence, succession planning and salary and administration planning.

Talent retention ? coordinate effective programs for IS&S in the areas of mentoring, compensation and benefit programs, career development, work life balance, customer 1st strategy, etc.

 

Qualifications:

 

A BS or BA degree with 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR.  Must have a demonstrated understanding of IS&S business and technology issues and the people skills required in within such an organization.  Must have a proven track record in building and supporting a high performing, large organization.
