HR Manager - high profile, strategic role supporting corporate and helping launch a new division

In this highly visible role you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact not only on our corporate office, which you will support, but also on our new Interactive Division, which is just getting ready to launch. You'll be able to showcase your innovation as you develop unique solutions specific to diverse functional areas. The close-knit HR team you'll join is solid and seasoned, and enjoys achieving results together in a team environment. You'll provide proactive leadership in three main areas: 1) supporting some 150 professionals in our corporate office; 2) helping to create the success of our new Interactive Division; and 3) contributing to enterprise-wide special projects. In addition to acting as a strategic, solutions-oriented consultant to business owners in these areas, we'll look to you to examine a broad array of dynamics that impact our success and identify ways to improve skills, processes, and policies.

To be a good fit for this role you'll have seven to ten years of broad HR experience, including acting as a strategic business partner to a variety of functional areas with diverse needs. We're looking for a professional with demonstrated success providing HR leadership in dynamic and change-oriented environments. Experience with recruiting and OD is strongly preferred. You'll also need the professional maturity to establish credibility and solid working relationships with senior leaders.
