Description:

 

Recruitment Services team member will provide recruiting administration support to clients in a service delivery work environment. Position involves monitoring and maintaining customer service requests via shared mailbox, recruiting and vendor systems/tools. Ensure requests are completed within established service level agreements and measures. Responsibilities may include: Interview scheduling, offer letters, drug/background and reference checks, referral bonus processing, candidate reimbursements, invoice processing and special project as assigned. Required skills: detail-oriented, organized, able to effectively prioritize high volume work, multi-tasking, strong verbal/written communication skills, flexible team player and able to manage change effectively.
