This is standard HR Operations Specialist II role with emphasis on the subpoena intake process.  The position will involve interaction with both internal and external customers including attorneys, Employee Relations, managers and current/previous employees.  The candidate will need to make continuous independent judgment calls in his/her work.  The type of work requires the candidate to have high degree of urgency and confidentiality in their actions. 

 



1 year related experience in a human resources or legal environment is required.

Basic understanding of employment law is preferred.

Strong attention to detail is required.

Excellent follow through and administration skills are required.

High school degree/GED is required. Vocational/Technical Training, Associate's Degree, and/or Bachelor's Degree are preferred.
