 This position will pay between $15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience

 

National Construction Rentals, the leading provider in the portable services industry is seeking an energetic and organized person for an HR/Payroll Representative. You will be responsible for performing a wide range taks including HR, Payroll, Billing, and other administrative tasks

   Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities; placing ads, screening applicants, set up drug screensConduct new hire orientation and skills trainingProvide policy guidance and resolve day-to-day personnel issues. Provide Benefits Administration supportEnsure local compliance with Federal and State employment laws.Assist in the coordination of employee activities and morale programsManage the safety incentive programsManage and submit workers pay through ADPManage local workers comp programManage local unemployment claimsPromote the Company?s Mission Statement Perform related and additional tasks as directed.
