HR Payroll & Benefits Specialist- w/Premier PreIPO Company

Reply! The nation?s premier online marketing firm is seeking a professional, customer service oriented Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters currently located in Walnut Creek*. Reply! is a pre-IPO firm that is growing very rapidly. *Reply! Inc. Corporate headquarters will be moving from Walnut Creek to San Ramon towards the end of November 2006.

Position Summary:

This position requires a very dynamic person who will fit in to a very fun and fast paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, training, and other generalist responsibilities.

Qualifications:

? 3-5 years performing related Human Resource functions
? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred
? Familiarity with Federal and California State Labor Laws
? Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
? Positive, people-oriented attitude!
? Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems required

Responsibilities:

? Payroll/ Payroll Preparation
? Administer all company related benefit programs
? Track and administer FMLA and COBRA
? 401(k) enrollment/management
? Ensure thorough communication of all benefit programs to employees and management team
? Benefits administration including orientation, enrollment, broker coordination, and invoice reconciliation.
? Research, present and implement new benefit programs
? Generate payroll reports as needed for the HR and Accounting departments
? Performing Employment Verifications
? Participate in the implementation of company policies and procedures
? Assist with other HR Generalist responsibilities as needed
