HR Programs Specialist
Position Description:
Title: HR Programs Specialist
Reports to: Director/HR Programs
Duties: Will be responsible for administering a variety of programs within the Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Department,
including: Immigration Sponsorship; Relocation; Contingent Workforce (Temporary Agencies and Independent Contractors); Investigative Consumer Reports (?Background Reports?). Will interface with employees, supervisors/managers, vendors and legal counsel in response to program needs and problem resolution. Will develop, implement, maintain and perform program processes. Will develop reports, correspondence and other written communications. Will perform a variety of administrative duties. Will perform other duties and assist other areas of the organization as requested. Requires 3-5 years related human resources experience. Experience must demonstrate: effective interface with a diverse spectrum of individuals; superior judgment in policies/procedures application and customer response; effective handling of multiple priorities; strong verbal/written communication skills; PC proficiency (WORD/EXCEL/PowerPoint/HRIS). BA/BS required, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
