Job Description
This position is responsible for filing confidential information in the associates Human Resources file and maintaining the file room in an organized manner. This position is also responsible for processing all paperwork for a designated division of Talbots. The HR Records Assistant will also input information into the HRIS system, communicate with management on incoming paperwork and reolve all issues concerning the paperwork.

Requirements:

This position requires knowledge and experience normally acquired by the completion of a High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years of related experience. Must have strong interpersonal, communications and organizational skills. HRIS experience desired.
