Temporary Human Resources Rep/Assistant
Job Responsibilities:


This position is a temporary position in our Human Resources department. Candidate must be able to work a 40 hour work week (Monday through Friday). Handles all administrative duties such as new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, salary increases and disabilities and benefits enrollment for approximately 5-6 districts. Interpretation and enforcement of retail policies and procedures. Coordination and input of Open Enrollment changes and merit increases. Compilation and analysis of verification reports. Provide Human Resource support to retail stores. Special projects as needed.

Job Requirements:



College Degree preferred.
Human Resources or Customer Service experience preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Detail oriented and organization ability.
Self starter, flexible and analytical.
PC skills (MS Word, Excel).
Knowledge of Lawson HR system a plus.
