HR Representative

In this role you will partner with site HR contacts and managers to implement

new processes and procedures.You will follow established procedures on

HR items and give input on changes, as well as interpret HR policy based

on past practice and consult with HR Manager for guidance. You will

conduct HR-related training for assigned client group. In addition, you

will track employee relations issues and inform the HR Manager

prior to taking action on potential issues.

You must be able to travel via air or land as required, and be

able to stay overnight occasionally. 6 plus years experience

in an HR or employee relations capacity in field operations

and a Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or Business

Management are required. PHR or SPHR is desired or if

non-degreed 6 plus years in an HR or employee relations

capacity is needed.
