HR Representative/Generalist

Leading residential real estate organization seeks a results driven service oriented individual to join its dynamic Human Resources Team as an HR Representative/Generalist. NRT Incorporated is the largest residential real estate brokerage company in the United States and also has locations in the United Kingdom. With nearly 1,000 offices, 8500 employees and 59,000 sales associates operating in over 35 major metropolitan areas, NRT posted a real estate industry record of $200 billion in closed sales volume in 2004.  As an integral part of a fast-paced, progressive Human Resource team, you will report to the Director of Corporate HR.  The position is based in Parsippany, New Jersey.  The position is responsible for partnering with department leaders to drive HR processes and programs.  In addition, the position provides HR support for the corporate office and serves as an HR partner on talent management, organization development, performance management, training and development, compensation, employee relations, and communications.  The position participates in company-wide HR initiatives and may lead specific projects that have enterprise-wide impact.     

The ideal candidate must work well in an ambiguous environment and must be comfortable balancing both strategic and transaction oriented human resources. Minimum Qualifications:
3 – plus years of HR generalist experience
Bachelor’s degree, HR Management preferred
Strong communication, both oral and written
