HR SSC Reporting, Sr. Associate
Job Description -- Strategically develop and maintain Human Capital metrics and act as a liaison between Leadership, HR, US IT and other departments that utilize PeopleSoft data.
Additional responsibilities will include implementing reporting initiatives in line with the PMO projects, data integrity audits and continually interfacing with HR and other PwC departments on data maintained within the PeopleSoft HRMS application.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in the Human Capital Leadership Dashboard initiative with the main objective being to minimize efforts from Leadership and provide metrics needed to support the business and the overall objectives of the firm more effectively.
Support the reduction of duplicate reporting efforts made by the different groups in the organization by creating a network out in the field, identifying needs proactively and proposing new processes.
Team with the Project Management Office (PMO) and the Workflow Administration Group as well as US IT resources to identify improvements with HR business processes, and scope requirements and impacts related to system and/or process changes that will affect projects and improve the data integrity of the PeopleSoft system.
Work directly with PMO and various process owners to scope, design, test, and implement reporting deliverables for their various PMO initiatives such as:
-Performance Coaching and Development and Pulse Survey
-Create and run audit queries to ensure compliance with Firm policies and data integrity
-Demonstrate foresight in recognizing potential data issues and develop ways to improve processes and data entry for HRMD Processors
-Train the 3 hour reporting module of the HRMD classes monthly to the HR community, as well as provide back-end training within the HR SSC
-Enhance the ongoing expansion of the HR Report Repository for Lines of Service, Centers of Excellence, and OHRL's by analyzing current and future reporting needs, revamping security and the look and feel of the database, as well as create a tool to monitor the usage
-Provide Human Capital metrics strategically including trends for management and leadership across all Lines of Services
-Analyze, design and create reports to identify potential data integrity errors within PeopleSoft and provide audit reports for HR leaders and to support HR SSC groups.
-Develop and complete ad-hoc report requests for Internal Firm Services, Multiple Lines of Service and special projects as needed such information needed pertaining to litigation cases
-Provide backup support for other responsibilities within PeopleSoft Reporting and Security
-Troubleshoot all reporting issues and escalate appropriately
-Develop and maintain documentation related to HR Reporting processes and standards, including training material
-Facilitate information sharing among decentralized report writers while leveraging these resources to avoid redundant work
-Proactively send messages to report writers in the field with information related to ad hoc report queries, issues and system changes
-Based on trend analysis across the firm, determine the need for additional standard reports and recommend high level functional specifications
-Refine, monitor and enforce protocols on ad hoc naming conventions in order to ensure the ease of future PeopleSoft upgrades
-Develop eGFS reporting skills

1 year experience with PeopleSoft Query and Crystal Reporting
1 year HRIS experience required; PeopleSoft HRMS experience required
Working knowledge of Lotus Notes Domino Designer 6.5
Knowledge of technical database concepts and design
Strong MS Access and Excel skills to analyze, cleanse and otherwise manage data
Knowledge of processes regarding data input and HR processing
Working knowledge of IT, human resources/benefits trends, practices, processes and procedures
Working knowledge of the interrelationships of HR processes to other functions
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Must be detail oriented
