HR Senior Manager

The Senior HR Manager will provide HR leadership and consultation to business leaders and line managers.? This position reports to the CFO and will participate in executive level meetings.? A HR manager supports this position.

o??????? Consult with leaders to anticipate & develop programs to support culture

o??????? Work with line managers on the HR matters impacting their organizations

????????? Recruitment

o??????? Refine job requirements with hiring manager

o??????? Determine effective recruitment sources

o??????? Manage relationships with universities & agencies

o??????? Participate in career fairs and on-campus recruiting events

o??????? Screen resumes

o??????? Conduct telephone screens and make interview recommendations

o??????? Schedule interviews & conduct reference checks

o??????? Recommend compensation terms

????????? Employee development

o??????? Assess needs & develop targeted training and career development solutions

o??????? Improve and support performance review process

o??????? Coach managers on how to improve performance

????????? Compliance

o??????? Develop policies that support company values and culture

o??????? Maintain employee handbook to ensure compliance with state & federal laws

Education & Experience
