Our client, a Fortune 200 world leader in multiple industries, has a Lead Site HR opportunity available at a Business HQ location for a skilled and motivated HR Manager.  This position will be based out of the greater Cleveland area and can only be filled by one who understands how to be a change agent and how to drive things to closure with harmony.

 A minimum of 5 years as an HR Manager/GeneralistSolid foundation with all elements of HR including organizational design & development, recruitment, performance management, compensation, training and employee relationsSound leadership abilityProject management experienceStrategic vision and the ability to partner with senior managementBA/BS Degree in related disciplineUNION EXPERIENCE A PLUS
